Q. “Don’t all photography companies do basically the same thing?”

Q. “Isn’t a vacation rental photographer ridiculously expensive?”
It doesn’t have to be. Tell us about your property, and we’ll recommend a package to suit, without anything extra.
For example, some rentals only need a refreshed set of hero images and key rooms. Others benefit from a full marketing set that includes amenities, outdoor spaces, views and detail shots that support a premium nightly rate. We’ll help you choose the right scope so you’re not paying for extras that don’t increase bookings.
Q. “What happens if we need to reschedule the photo shoot?”
Rescheduling is absolutely an option. If weather changes, cleaners run late, guests extend, or access issues come up, we’re happy to move the shoot when possible. We just ask for as much notice as you can, since we reserve time specifically for your property.
As a general guideline, rescheduling with 48 hours’ notice is typically no problem. If you need to reschedule inside of that window, we’ll still do our best to accommodate, though there may be additional fees for a late cancellation or rescheduling.
Q. “Can we share these photos with others?”
Your images are licensed for your property to use across your marketing—Airbnb/VRBO, your direct booking website, property management pages, social media, email marketing, and printed materials.
If you’d like to share images with partners (for example: a property manager, co-host, designer, builder, or brand partner), just ask and we’ll confirm the best way to do that. In most cases we can include partner sharing in the license or provide a simple add-on so everyone is covered properly.
Q. “What if we’re not happy with the photos or anything else you do?”
We plan the shoot with you up front and confirm the goals on-site so the styling and shot list match what you need (key rooms, amenities, views and any “must-have” angles for your listing).
If something isn’t right, we’ll fix it.
Light Creations offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee: we’ll re-edit, reshoot, or if we still can’t meet expectations, you won’t pay for the images that don’t meet the agreed standard—and if necessary, the entire shoot. We stand by our work, and we don’t want to invoice you unless you’re genuinely happy with what we deliver.
